    Abdullah bin Zayed receives Greek Foreign Minister

    Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has received Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias. At a business dinner banquet held in Abu Dhabi, the two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation across various fields within the framework of their strategic partnership.

Dendias’ visit was welcomed by Sheikh Abdullah, who praised the strengthening strategic ties between the UAE and Greece and their productive collaboration across various fields. The UAE top diplomat emphasized that the UAE-Greece diplomatic relations, which have been in existence since 1976, have witnessed continuous progress, noting the qualitative leaps achieved by the 2020 strategic partnership.

    Mr. Dendias expressed condolences on the passing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed. He wished the UAE continued success under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Furthermore, the Greek Minister noted that his country was proud of its relationship with the UAE and their strategic partnership.
