    Bahrain-Saudi strategic partnership hailed at meet

    Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at Bahrain’s Foreign Ministry, praised the long-standing ties between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He emphasized the solid strategic partnership that binds the two countries under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

    Bahrain-Saudi soldi strategic partnership hailed at meetDuring the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council meetings held in Riyadh, he spoke as the representative of Bahrain in the work team of the Political and Diplomatic Cooperation Committee. Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political and Economic Affairs, Ambassador Saud bin Mohammed Al-Sati, presided over the Saudi delegation.

    At the meeting, steps were taken to enhance the political and diplomatic ties between the two countries through exchanges of official visits, signing of bilateral agreements and memoranda of understanding, and initiatives. His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud were the primary chairs for the meeting.

    During the meeting, the two sides reaffirmed their respective commitment to improving bilateral cooperation in a variety of fields and expanding political coordination in order to clarify their positions on all regional and international developments and challenges in a way that contributes to achieving safety, stability, and prosperity.
