As part of her visit to London to attend the Education World Forum, Bahrain Higher Education Council (HEC) Secretary-General Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa met with London South Bank University (LSBU) Vice-Chancellor Professor David Phoenix and Pro-Director for Education Professor Deborah Jonston.
To boost Bahrain’s standing as a regional hub for higher education, she highlighted the council’s commitment to developing partnerships between local academic institutions and their counterparts worldwide. In support of comprehensive development, Professor Phoenix noted that Bahrain and the United Kingdom have a higher education cooperation.
